individual to lead the charge in managing daily HR functions. As
the Human Resource Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in
recruitment, employee relations, training/development,
compensation, benefits administration, and much more. Why Work With

best practices. Position Requirements: Payroll and Benefits
knowledge: HRIS and Payroll experience in ADP WFN is highly
preferred. Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in HR,
Business Administration, or related field is required. Managerial
Experience: At least one year of human resource management
experience preferred. Credentials: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.
Bi-lingual proficiency: Fluency in Spanish preferred. Strong
Communicator : Excellent verbal and written skills are essential to
excel in this role. Interpersonal Savvy : Navigate complex
situations with finesse, resolving conflicts and fostering positive
relationships. Analytical Mindset : Dive into data to inform
strategic decisions and problem-solving. Master of Time Management
: Juggle multiple priorities effortlessly, meeting deadlines with
ease. HR Expertise : A solid understanding of employment laws and
regulations is a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
