Job Description:
Immediate need for Securities Adm Analyst who will be
responsible for processing routine to moderately complex
transactions or reconciliations relating to loan or security
payments. Provide remittance and correction information to
servicers; monitor pooled loans to determine non-compliance,
communication of information to investors, ensure compliance with
stated agreements, and to interact with other departments as
needed. Must be able to research all legal documents as issues
arise. Must maintain a working knowledge of Collateral, Securities,
Default or Trust Administration. Experience with W8 or W9 forms a
