Our clinical performance nurses assist you in obtaining up-to-date metrics to support the team s goals Sound s teams also cover the Critical Care Unit and Emergency Room. Qualifications: ABIM or ABFM certified with significant prior hospitalist Director experience Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: Monday Friday, with the ability to work 5 clinical shifts/month Key Responsibilities: Lead efforts in utilization management, compliance, and clinical documentation improvement at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Collaborate with hospital administration to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings and provide ongoing education and support to our clinicians. We work in Meditech Expanse, a web-based system with access to our internal informatics platform. Rewards and Benefits: Compensation: The base salary is $350,000, which includes 5-day shifts per month, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
