Job Description:

is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Account Director
to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence. This
role is crucial for ensuring sustained business growth by
leveraging Vantor's expertise in data analytics, cloud services,
and digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will be
adept at building strong client relationships, identifying new
business opportunities, and leading a motivated sales team to
deliver exceptional results. Develop and execute strategic sales
plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Establish, maintain, and
expand relationships with key clients in the IT industry. Lead and
mentor sales team members, setting performance standards and
evaluating outcomes. Work collaboratively with other departments to
align sales strategies with company objectives. Conduct market
analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the technology
sector. Drive the negotiation and closure of major sales contracts
while ensuring profitability. Report directly to senior management
on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats. Expertise in B2B
sales, strategic account management, and business development.
Strong knowledge of the IT industry, particularly in areas like AI,
data analytics, and cloud services. Exceptional leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to
negotiate and close large-scale contracts. Proficient in CRM
