Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly
motivated Growth Internal Operations Manager to join our team to
support our growing federal business. The successful applicant will
have the opportunity to build and lead a business development team
dedicated to bringing innovative solutions to the federal market.
The successful applicant will have the chance to use and develop

enhance CGS' capacity to serve our clients. Job Responsibilities:
As Growth Internal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Manage internal growth operations with various growth functions to
grow our Government Solutions. Lead strategic and growth
opportunities across the Federal Market. Execute growth initiatives
with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Work in partnership with
Account Executives to review and bolster account plans. Collaborate
with Capability and Technology Leaders to drive commercial
innovation into our federal sales process. Drive strategic client
relationships at the CXO level across federal departments in
collaboration with the Business Development Executives. Lead and
develop partner relationships with technology partners and MPJVs to
establish a credible Capgemini ecosystem for growth. Surge in
executing top capture deals across the Federal Government. Work
with diverse growth teams in Sectors and Capabilities to run
operations. Collaborate with Capgemini North America on growth
initiatives and opportunities. Required Qualifications: Ability to
secure a Government Security Clearance. Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience required. Detailed understanding of the
Federal marketplace and processes. Minimum of 6 years of leadership
experience in Federal consulting. Broad experience in covering
Sales and Growth in roles such as Account Executive, Growth Lead,
Program Manager, Capture Manager. Consistent track record
delivering account growth in the Federal market. Outstanding
written and oral presentation skills. Self-motivated and
entrepreneurial work ethic necessary to lead a rapidly growing
business. Demonstrated experience driving growth in three or more
of the following service areas: SaaS; PaaS; Data Analytics; Cyber
Security; Customer Experience; DevOps; Cloud. Demonstrated
experience with at least two of the following Capgemini strategic
software partners: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, UiPath, Microsoft,
AWS, Oracle, or Google. Desired Qualifications: Current Government
Security Clearance preferred. Experience in leadership roles within
AFCEA, ACT-IAC, or other leading federal industry associations.
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Direct
experience leading or developing team members. Understanding of
GWAC and IDIQ contracts. Knowledge of end-to-end capture process,

their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is
100K-140K. This role may be eligible for other compensation
including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time

eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be
wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and
