• Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
• Have some in-depth China knowledge across politics, military, and economics, with a focus on military capabilities.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
  • Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
  • Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Shift: Yes, details below:5-week rotation:--- Week 1: M-F / 0600-1400--- Week 2: M-F / 1400-2200--- Week 3: M-Sun / 2200-0600--- Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time, provides balance work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.)--- Week 5: On-call M-SunThen cycle repeats.Preferred Qualifications
    • Analytical experience with the INDOPACOM problem set.
    • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
    • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
