Procurement Analyst - SeniorClearance: Public TrustLocation: 100% onsite Washington, DCNationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Project Manager to assist our HHS government customer in providing non-inherently governmental acquisition support services to facilitate the award and administration of contracts, perform quality assurance across contracts, and provide budget support.This senior Procurement Analyst role focuses on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the acquisition program and quality assurance. All duties are performed independently.Work may include, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing and providing input on regulatory and policy items; assisting contracting officers with claims control.
• Developing and maintaining content for the acquisition MS SharePoint sites.
• Developing approaches, content, and/or presenting at industry engagement activities.
• Developing and maintaining solicitation templates and review matrices.
• Assisting with contract pre-solicitation and pre-award reviews.
• Conducting post-award contract eFile content reviews.
• Assisting the Protest Control Officer.
• Communicating important acquisition updates to customers and staff (e.g., policy changes, procedural updates, deadlines).
• Providing training.
• Collecting and analyzing procurement data.Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with an MA/MS degree, or over 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions.
