- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety,
policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data
collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience
in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and
verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various
levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with
attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.About the

applications. It is a global team with Responsible AI domain
expertise and backgrounds in operations, strategy, ethics, risk
management, product management, and program management.Within
Responsible AI, the Emerging AI Strategy function fosters coherent
strategies and approaches to a range of emerging AI issues. We
partner with teams across Alphabet and with others across industry
to address key AI challenges. We develop and deliver excellent
evaluation frameworks and help partner teams navigate risks and
opportunities related to AI-generated content. In this role, you
will help drive strategies and evaluations related to the
impartiality and objectivity of Generative AI models.At Google we

across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as
malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy

risk and fight abuse across all of Google's products, protecting
our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40
languages.The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Google.Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between business objectives
and business systems, including designing and building strategies
that support these business systems.
- Conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and
deliver within relevant product areas. This includes analyzing
data, identifying trends, and developing solutions that improve
business performance.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, tight
timelines, important organizational implications, and changing
circumstances.
- Use Google's big data to conduct data-oriented analysis,
architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and
influence business decision-making by presenting insights and
market trends.
- Perform deep-dive analysis AI products. Prepare written reports
outlining user impact issues, abuse vectors, and trends, and
effectively communicate findings to product and company leadership.
Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to
