technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for
defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics,

your next career challenge?**The National Security Sector at Leidos
is seeking a motivated and tactical Critical Incident Coordinator
(Senior) supporting Leidos Homeland and Force Protection Business
Area division FBI portfolio. The candidate will support our Agile
DevSecOps contract and be responsible for understanding customer
needs to create applications. The ideal candidate will possess
superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate
independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong
team player, and can establish solid working relationships with
technical staff and peers within the division, as well as our
external Government customers. Experience in communications, Agile,
and DevSecOps; hardware/software fabrication; Cloud, platform
system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus.**Join a
team committed to a Mission!****Primary Responsibilities:**+ Manage
the relationship with the end user through final resolution,
including periodic status.+ Ensures critical incident notifications
are issued. Actively monitors the status of critical incidents.+
Coordinates after-action meetings to assess the response to
critical incidents. Establish and lead command posts when
necessary.**Clearance Required to be considered:**+ Current
TS/SCI.**Required Experience, Skills, and Education:**+ 8+ years of
relevant experience+ Bachelor's degree in English, Literature,
Business, Systems, Social Science, Psychology or technical
discipline or equivalent specialized experience+ Familiarity with
the use of software to track issues and customer interactions+
Communicating across business areas during incident coordination+
Triaging incidents and determining the severity, deciding the best
course of action after an incident strikes and delegating crucial
tasks to the appropriate team members+ Development of critical
incident response plans**Preferred Experience, Skills, and
Education:**+ Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)+

Range:**Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for

well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable
