The Opportunity:
The CIS program supports our intelligence customer by delivering IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are leading a technological transformation of their IT services through design, development, implementation, and operation of innovative solutions, including continuous service improvement via modernization of IT system infrastructure.
CACI seeks an experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Operations Lead to support the mission objectives of the Defense Intelligence Agency. This position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.
Responsibilities:

• Manage a team providing global, 24/7 operations coverage for infrastructure, devices, products, and solutions.
  
• Analyze requirements, concepts of operations, and system architectures to deploy, operate, and maintain infrastructure components aligned with program goals.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams and government stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure objectives are met.
  
• Perform Tier 2/3 activities, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and hands-on work on devices and solutions.
  
• Monitor and analyze capacity, performance, and service-level metrics to optimize user experience and infrastructure utilization.
  
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
  
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base artifacts.
  
• Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities and research new technologies.
  
• Utilize lab facilities for incident investigation, testing, and validation of designs and technologies.
  
• Develop test cases and scripts for acceptance testing.
  
• Manage the transfer of solutions through acceptance testing and deployment phases.
  
• Coordinate with engineering for troubleshooting and break/fix services.
  
• Maintain patch management across infrastructure and security domains.
  
• Coordinate with project teams on Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
  
• Create documentation, reports, and data as per contract requirements.
  
  Qualifications:

• 
  
• Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
  
• Experience managing teams or projects.
  
• Educational and experience requirements: AS/AA with 14+ years, BS/BA with 12+ years, MS/MA with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.
  
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with IT hardware and software solutions.
  
• Current DoD 8140 - IAT II Certification (e.g., Security+).
  
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

  • Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
    
  • Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments.
    
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.

    Pay Range
    Proposed salary range: $82,100 - $172,400. Final salary depends on factors like location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer competitive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time off. .
