What You'll Do

Manage the development of the assigned region for Mac Tools. Develop District Managers to be Mac Tools competitive advantage in the market place. This will be accomplished by leading and coaching District Managers to focus on the development of distributors, as well as, recruiting more distributors. Teach business success practices to District Managers. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be part of our Sales team located from Kentucky to the Carolinas and Tennessee. You'll get to:

  • Execute sales, recruiting, growth and expense plans to achieve company goals
  • Assist Director of Sales with establishing region sales goals and objectives
  • Provide field based leadership to the Region in developing and training Distributors
  • Implement sales and other company initiatives
  • Provide liaison between Region Manager Team and Headquarters
  • Establish Distributor and Consumer relationships that provide field based knowledge and input for key decision making
  • Evaluate DM performance management against key metrics
  • Provide Region leadership and succession planning that delivers a continuous learning organization
  • Prepares sales and recruiting reports for Director of Sales
  • Manages team of District Managers and is responsible for hiring/on-boarding, performance management, and training and development of DMs.
  • Key Metrics are:
  • Develop District Managers to achieve their business objectives
  • Achieve Volume Objectives
  • Meet Recruiting Objectives
  • Stay within Region budget requirements
  • Implementation of company programs

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities
  • Demonstrated/proven sales leader track record
  • Strong communication and problem solving skill
  • Knowledge of Canadian legislation pertaining to sales and business management require
  • Experience in distribution businesses preferred
