Real Estate Buyer Sales Manager - Greater Baltimore Area

As a Buyer Sales Manager at Houwzer, you’ll lead, coach, and mentor a team of Real Estate Buyer Agents, and you’ll also have clients of your own. You’ll manage and improve the sales performance of your team, and be a champion of our mission, vision, and values. 

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Set performance expectations and sales goals for Buyer Agents, conduct periodic one-on-one review meetings, and provide effective documentation and feedback to support their success

  • Facilitate weekly meetings to review new or updated policies, receive feedback on market conditions, and problem solve any issues occurring in the field

  • Implement and oversee Agent protocol

  • Approve Agent time-off as requested and ensure there is adequate coverage

  • Enforce best practices for data collection with Agents

  • Serve as the primary point of contact when client issues arise with agents and make corrections with agent performance as needed

  • Approve weekly Open House schedule created by Listing Team Administrator

  • Provide coverage support for Open Houses as needed

  • Schedule and coordinate ongoing training for agents

To Get in the Door, We Need You to Have:

  • At least 5 years of real estate experience, with success closing 20 real estate transactions

  • At least 2 years of experience directly managing a team of people

  • Experience working with relevant technologies such as Bright MLS, Copper CRM, Zillow and Trulia, Google Applications (G-Suite), as well as mobile technology

  • A current and valid Real Estate Salesperson License or Broker License the state where you’ll work

  • A positive “do whatever it takes” and “all hands on deck” attitude

  • The ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently

  • Project management skills and high attention to detail

  • The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs

  • Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to network in order to build your business

  • A dedication to customer service and an alignment with our mission and values

Compensation

  • Base salary of $65,000, plus an end of year bonus eligibility up to $25,000

  • Additional bonuses for successfully closed transactions

  • Houwzer also covers the cost of most agent fees! We’ll pay for your license renewal, your access to the MLS, CRM, and marketing support.
