ways. Responsible for providing assistance on requests coming from
the helpdesk, training teams, stakeholders, auditors, and users.
Work may include, but not limited to, assistance with user
accounts, reports, and hardware configurations. Assist the user
community with the applications and systems managed by the
customer, and receive support enabling them to perform assigned
duties. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Minimum knowledge,
skills, abilities needed. Bachelor's degree and 0 years of work
experience, Master's degree OR a minimum of 4 years of work
experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in helpdesk supporting custom
applications. Minimum of 1 year of experience and knowledge to
document work processes and products. Minimum of 1 year of
experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Minimum of 1 year of
experience and knowledge of prioritizing many different projects
and tasks based on the organization's needs, and guidance from
management. Minimum of 1 year of experience in strong
organizational and analytical skills with attention to details.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
Must be or US Permanent Resident ( holder). Preferred
Qualifications Candidates with these skills will be given
preferential consideration. Prior experience supporting the Social
Security Administration or similar government agencies. Basic
knowledge in mainframe technology languages. Basic knowledge of
programming. Knowledge in the development of training material and
user manuals for all applications. Conducting training sessions for
applications. Taking in calls from the user communities and
responding to requests via emails. Develop and refine As-Is
business process documentation, and To-Be business process
documentation. Provide weekly status reports. Northrop Grumman is
