Who You Are

You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You will be responsible for leading a team who maintains data connections of customer data, connecting external data (ratings/reviews, PIM, DAM, etc.) and building audiences within the platforms for activations within the digital customer engagement team.

* Seasoned technology leader with a passion for digital transformation and proven track record in Marketing/Data Operations or Technology Portfolio / Program Management

* Demonstrated experience operating in an Agile software delivery environment

* 8+ years professional experience in progressive digital marketing roles (mix of agency and client-side preferred).

* Core competency in planning and executing customer data architecture strategy including privacy by design

* Well versed in SQL, HTML, AMPScript, HTML, Python, JS

* Experience in architecting and deploying Salesforce Marketing Cloud globally

* Experience in architecting and deploying customer data platforms globally

* Deep understanding and extensive knowledge of various ESP's, CDP's and marketing cloud solutions (SFMC, Evergage, Treasure Data, Iterable, Listrack, etc…) (Certifications in any of the above preferred)

What You'll Do

As a Director, Global Customer Data Operations you'll be part of our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team located in Towson, MD. This dynamic marketing organization includes our Insights, Brand, Studio (Creative Services) and Industrial Design teams, all focused on helping drive sales growth for a $10B business. Specifically, you'll:

* Champion our data-first approach to marketing, always looking for more meaningful ways to engage with our customers

* Own architecture of our global end-user database, ensuring constant connectivity and data compliance

* Lead technical implementation of global deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Evergage CDP

* Build and maintain a high-performing global team of customer data operations manager tasked with day-to-day maintenance and optimization of our tech stack

* Serve as trusted partner between IT and the business to ensure constant connectivity between IT and marketing owned systems

* In partnership with the journey management team, develop and agile process to support always-on marketing and campaign audience delivery

* Manage technical relationship with our customer data technology partners

* Provide oversight, governance, and measurement of customer data technology initiatives as they are planned and rolled out. Manage budgeting for all customer data technology initiatives
