Job Description Job Description Mancan Staffing Now Hiring Assembler Washington, PA Location: Washington, Pennsylvania Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Position Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (Temp-to-Perm) Mancan Staffing is partnering with a fabrication facility in the architectural glass field to fill an Assembler position. Assembly skills are required, and training will be provided for the technical aspects of the job. Candidates should already have experience reading templates or layouts and be comfortable using basic hand tools. *Assembler Possible Responsibilities * Assemble window, door, and storefront framing from prepared templates or shop drawings * Measure, cut, fit, gasket, and fasten aluminum or steel components * Prepare parts in accordance with customer project specifications such as glass styles and architectural finishes * Assist with in-house fabrication of commercial door hardware and accessories * Stage completed units for delivery to installation teams * Perform quality checks to confirm assembled product matches templates and facility standards * Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas REQUIRED Skills & Qualifications * Prior assembly experience REQUIRED * Ability to read and work from templates, layouts, or drawings * Experience using basic hand tools (drills, tape measures, levels, screw guns) * Strong measuring and basic math ability * Dependable attendance and punctuality * Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods * Willingness to learn job-specific techniques About the Opportunity This temp-to-hire Assembler role offers steady daylight hours and the chance to build a long-term career in a growing fabrication environment.
