Job Description Job Description 10?4 Logistics USA is hiring full?time W2 Class A CDL Drivers based in Vineland, NJ. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits beginning on day one. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction. What we offer: Stable W2 role with year?round freight and consistent work Compensation: Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday (exact pay depends on experience and route) Paid training: Fully paid three? to five?week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement Bonus opportunities: Safety and performance bonuses available Home time: Weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment Late?model equipment: Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors Day?one benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time off and paid holidays; company?paid life and AD&D insurance; pet and rider policies; paid orientation Typical day on the job: Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules Haul no?touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop?and?hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections Who we are looking for: Valid Class A CDL Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for paid training Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment drug test Why 10?4 Logistics USA: We respect and support our drivers.
