Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking
Regional CDL-A drivers to operate dry van, no-touch freight on
regional routes. This position is available for solo drivers or
teams and requires professional conduct at customer locations and
on the road. Compensation and Schedule Estimated annual earnings:
$85,000–$105,000, with top performers potentially earning more Pay
structure: 67–71 CPM (miles); weekly pay via direct deposit Sign-on
bonus: $1,300 Schedule: Regional; home every weekend Equipment:
Newer tractors; automatic transmissions; in-cab amenities including
flat-screen displays Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance

Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles
in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies Transport
dry van freight on assigned regional routes; handle 100% no-touch
freight Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery
instructions Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections;
promptly report defects or maintenance needs Maintain accurate
driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation
Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Valid CDL-A license Minimum
age: 23 years Verifiable OTR or regional driving experience: at
least 9 months for solo applicants No more than 2 moving violations
in the last 2 years No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3
years No major moving violations in the last 3 years No suspensions
for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years No speeding
citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months No
DUI/DWI in the last 7 years No employment terminations within the
last 12 months No more than three jobs in the last year; average
tenure per job should be at least four months No more than 150 days
unemployed in the last 15 months (stable work history preferred)
Ability to pass required drug screening (hair test) and pre-
employment/background checks Ability to meet DOT medical and
regulatory requirements for commercial drivers Proficiency in
English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication 10-4
