Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 per year A bit about us: Reputable,
mid-sized law firm seeks to add an experienced Commercial Real
Estate Attorney to their team! The ideal candidate will have 5
years of Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience on the
lender and/or borrower side. Having experience with drafting
acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements is a must! Reach out to

real estate experience Experience coming from a mid- or large-sized
law firm is a MUST (they are not looking for candidates that are
looking to leave a solo practice, government, or title company)
Candidates should have diverse experience in purchase & sales,
joint ventures, financing, development, and leasing. Proven ability
to handle and manage commercial real estate transactions, including
drafting and negotiating. Licensed to practice law in Maryland
