experienced ERP Federal Procurement Analyst with expertise in
federal procurement domains to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a deep understanding of federal procurement processes and
regulations and will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and
improving financial management systems and practices. The
successful candidate will work closely with clients to lead
workshops, understand requirements, design and present solutions,
assist with configuring SAP S/4HANA, and support full software
lifecycle implementations across several federal government
business process areas. This position is located in one of CGI
Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or
Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You
will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities: • Analyze and document
business processes and requirements related to federal financial
management, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best
practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and
prioritize requirements for financial management systems and
processes. • Develop functional specifications, process
documentation, and business cases to support system enhancements
and process improvements. • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas
for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial
management practices. • Assist in the configuration, testing, and
deployment of financial management systems, ensuring compliance
with federal regulations, the USSGL, and Treasury reporting. •
Provide training and support to end users, facilitating effective
adoption of financial management systems and processes. • Ensure
compliance with the Federal Financial Management Improvement Act
(FFMIA) and other relevant regulations. • Participate in project
planning and execution, contributing to successful project delivery
and stakeholder satisfaction. Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: • Due to the nature of contract
requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI
background check are required prior to beginning work. In addition,
candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS
EOD/Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related
field. • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a business analyst in
federal financial management, preferably within the government or
public sector. • Strong knowledge of the procurement process within
the federal government and familiarity with concepts, regulations,
and procedures governing how federal agencies acquire goods and
services, such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), request
packages, and requisition types. • Strong understanding of federal
financial management processes, regulations, and standards. •
Experience with ERP system implementations such as SAP, Momentum,
or Oracle Financials, particularly in financial management modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to communicate technical and financial information
effectively to diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical and
problem?solving skills, with the ability to identify issues,
resolve problems, and recommend solutions. Desired qualifications:
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution,
and monitoring of project activities. • Certified Government
Financial Manager (CGFM) or similar certification. • Experience
with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Momentum Financials, or Oracle
Financials. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include
a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$100,800.00 - $245,500.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
