Job Description:

national security, is seeking a Lead Senior Systems Administrator
to ensure robust IT operations. The role involves overseeing the
organization's systems infrastructure, ensuring high availability,
and spearheading strategic improvements while maintaining security
protocols vital to national security functions. This position is
pivotal in managing IT projects, optimizing system functionality,
and leading a team of IT professionals in a high-stakes
environment. Manage daily operations of server infrastructure to
ensure high availability and reliability. Lead IT projects from
development to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic
goals. Monitor systems performance, proposing and implementing
enhancements. Ensure compliance with security protocols and conduct
regular system audits. Provide technical guidance and leadership to
a team of systems administrators and IT professionals. Develop and
enforce best practices in IT management and operations. Expertise
in managing Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems. Strong
background in network architecture and data encryption. Proficient
in cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Ability to manage and
troubleshoot server hardware and software issues. Knowledge of IT
security protocols and disaster recovery strategies. Medical
