ManTech, a premier provider of advanced technology solutions for the nations most critical security challenges, is seeking an Information Systems Analyst / Project Coordinator within our IT & Cybersecurity department. This role is pivotal in supporting mission-critical projects and initiatives for the U.S. intelligence community and the Department of Defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing system requirements and managing various project coordination tasks to ensure operational excellence and security compliance in an ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. Analyze and evaluate information systems, identifying gaps and proposing enhancements. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information. Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution sessions to ensure systems operate efficiently. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain security measures. Prepare project documentation and progress reports for management review. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK). Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Knowledge of system integration and testing. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar is highly advantageous.
