Job Description:
A fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a
detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support internal
operations and help drive service excellence across the
organization. This role works closely with leadership and the
technical team to execute key business processes, maintain accurate
systems, and ensure consistent service delivery. The ideal
candidate has experience within an MSP or IT service environment
and thrives in a structured, process-driven role. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a
higher-level operations position while making a direct impact on
company efficiency and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities ?
Execute billing processes for recurring services, hourly labor, and
project/product work ? Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and
client contract workflows ? Use tools such as Autotask PSA,
QuickBooks, and ConnectBooster to complete operational tasks and
maintain data accuracy ? Support internal project tracking,
reporting, and performance metrics ? Assist in preparing leadership
meetings and driving accountability on internal initiatives ?
Provide operational support to reduce administrative burden on the
technical team Qualifications ? 3–5 years of experience in
operations, administrative support, or a similar role ? Strong
familiarity with the IT services or MSP industry preferred ?
Proficient with systems like QuickBooks, PSA platforms, Microsoft
365, and related tools ? Organized, dependable, and consistent in
executing tasks and following through ? Strong communication skills
