Job Description:
Position – Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) with Navy Trusted Agent
Location – Arlington, VA Pay Rate – $85,000 - $95,000 Must have at
least a Secret Clearance Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate
need for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3). Sr. Help Desk
Technician (Tier 3) Responsibilities: • Performs in-depth analysis,
diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations. • Serves as
the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC
h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications . •
Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices. • Able to support and
backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with
experience working in both areas . • Navy Trusted Agent for issuing
SIPR Tokens.
