A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior financial Analyst Position type: Full Time Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Reston, VA , Hybrid As a Senior financial Analyst, you will: Support the Workplace business with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyze and interpret financial data, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify business trends. Assist in preparing Workplace-related financial models. Conduct scenario planning, what-if analysis, time-series trending, and break-even analysis. Perform financial integrity checks and stress testing using modeled outputs and assumptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs, track key drivers, and monitor performance metrics. Summarize and present insights to senior leadership in support of strategic decision-making. Provide support for ad hoc analyses, and long-range planning related to Workplace initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles. Experience supporting business cases and capital/project evaluations, preferably in a Workplace or similar operational environment. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.
