We are looking for a talented Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of innovative web applications. As a Full Stack Technical Engineer, you will work closely with a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET and Angular. You will play a crucial role in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development team in designing and implementing web applications using .NET and Angular.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and Angular 4/5/6/7/8. Should have at least 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud services (e.g., Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Optional skills and skill proficiencies
    • Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
