Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
Travel: Regular travel to project sites and warehouse

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Specialist to join our Field Service team. If you're great at juggling tasks and thrive on keeping projects running smoothly, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating meetings, resources, and equipment.


Reviewing and compiling daily reports, timesheets, expense reports, and invoices.


Participating in meetings focused on issue resolution, scheduling, and warranties.


Managing time tracking and issue tracking for projects.


Interfacing with technical staff and updating ERP systems.


Procuring and coordinating deliveries of parts and equipment.


Handling RMAs, FARs, spare parts, and attic stock.


Conducting site visits to deliver materials or paperwork.


Data verification and maintaining accurate project records.


Managing manpower charts and project closeouts.



What You Need:

4-7 years of related experience, ideally with a background in construction management.


Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.


Knowledge of OSHA safety standards (OSHA10 and NFPA70E required; ability to complete OSHA30).


Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.


Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and communication skills.


Physical ability to navigate job sites and warehouse environments comfortably.
