client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its
growing team! Why join us? Responsibilities: 1. Develop and
implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to attract and
retain top talent. 2. Partner with hiring managers to understand
their hiring needs and job specifications. 3. Manage the full
recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
negotiating offers. 4. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify
potential candidates, including online job boards, social media,
networking events, and employee referrals. 5. Provide a
high-quality candidate experience by communicating effectively and
providing timely feedback. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
recruiting trends and best practices in the Accounting and Finance
industry. 7. Participate in employer branding initiatives and
career fairs to promote our company as an employer of choice. 8.
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process
for new hires. 9. Continuously improve the recruitment process to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 10. Maintain accurate and
comprehensive recruitment records in our applicant tracking system.
Job Details Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
or related experience. 2. 1 years of recruiting experience. 3.
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation. 4. Excellent
knowledge of various sourcing methods and platforms, including
online job boards and social media. 5. Exceptional communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 6. Excellent
organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using
applicant tracking systems and HR databases. 8. Strong
decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. 9.
