HR Consultant to address the most pressing business challenges and opportunities in the organization. Reporting to the Director, Business & Program Readiness, HR Consultant will leverage their deep expertise in talent strategies and solutions and ensure that leaders are supported as they address the most pressing new business opportunities, re-competes, and challenges in the organization.
This can be a hybrid role based in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area; working on one of the CACI Virginia offices 3 days a week. This can also be a remote role depending on the location of the candidate. If fully remote, you would be required to attend certain meetings in person in one of the CACI offices.
Core Responsibility Areas:

  • Provide support and participate in Mid-Course Reviews (MCRs) to ensure the talent strategies and tactics on the program position CACI for success at recompete.
  • Support new business pursuits by responding to talent data requests, participating in proposal reviews, supporting proposal milestones, and M&A activities.
  • Provide consulting on talent strategies and problem solving across various HR solutions including engagement, retention, culture, environment, coaching, succession planning, change management, and employee value proposition.
  • Participate in and provide feedback on interview panels for executive positions.
  • Address strategic priorities with creative problem solving.
  • Develop solutions to strategic problems using an agile approach.
  • Collaborate across HR Capability Centers to drive results aligned with CACI strategy.
  • Network within HR and the organization to build relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and leaders.
  • Use analytical skills to interpret data and inform solutions.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and feedback to develop solutions.
  • Think holistically about business and talent strategies.
  • Implement change management solutions across the organization.

    Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies and core processes.
  • Ability to coach leaders and provide feedback tactfully.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in creative and iterative problem solving.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Experience with project management tools; ClickUp preferred.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure with speed and flexibility.
  • Collaborative networking skills within HR and across the organization.
  • University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent and at least 12 years of related experience.
  • Government contracting experience preferred.

    Pay Range
    Salary depends on factors like location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. The proposed range is $74,600-$156,700. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and more. Learn more .
