Reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment - CIS & Europe, you should have an excellent understanding of international student recruitment, preferably with professional experience and strong market knowledge. You should demonstrate awareness of at least one major market in the region, possess excellent organizational skills, and be a self-starter with international work experience.A detailed job description can be viewed . • Background in international education sales.
• Experience recruiting for or working with UK/US/Canada universities.
• Understanding of the UK/US/Canada visa system.
• Fluency in English, Russian, and at least one Central Asian language.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• A team player with a proactive attitude to overcoming obstacles.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Effective prioritization and planning skills under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
