Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly Responsibilities: Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Experience in the food service industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
