Job Description Job Description Responsibilities • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for individuals • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Licensed Behavior Analyst(LBA) • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. • Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with individuals, families, and colleagues Benefits include: • Health/ Vision/ Dental • 401 (K) Retirement Plan • Sick and Vacation time • Paid Holidays • Paid training
