team of nurses in the labor and delivery unit. Ensure high-quality

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement
patient care plans. Provide direct patient care and perform
clinical procedures as needed. Participate in the development of
team protocols and guidelines. Mentor and provide ongoing training
