Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Cardiothoracic Location: York, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A locum Physician role is available in York, PA , within a hospital-based cardiothoracic surgery service handling urgent and elective cardiac surgical cases . The physician will be responsible for managing surgical consults, performing procedures, and overseeing post-operative care , including involvement in advanced cardiac interventions such as TAVR cases . This role includes responsibilities across clinic, inpatient rounding, and operative care , working alongside advanced practice providers in a high-volume surgical environment. The setting utilizes EPIC EMR , with a focus on complex cardiothoracic cases, inpatient management, and coordination of surgical care within a busy hospital system. Shift Timings: Clinic: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Night Call: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM 24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM Schedule: Clinic and call coverage blocks across multiple dates 1–2 weeks of coverage per month Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery Active Pennsylvania Medical License DEA License (Required) Minimum 1 year of experience Experience with cardiac surgical procedures required Benefits Competitive hourly compensation ??
