Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Upper Marlboro, MD Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,200 to $2,300 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Psych RN in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, 20772! Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health (Travel) Location: Largo, MD Contract: 13 Weeks with possible extension (Start 03/23/2026) Schedule: 3x12 Days (7:30AM–8:00PM) Weekend: Every Other Unit: Acute Stabilization Center – ER BHU (7 Beds) Unit Details 5 Adult Beds / 2 Pediatric Beds 1:3–4 Ratio 2-Point Locked Unit Mechanical, physical & chemical restraints Responsibilities Provide care for acute psychosis, SI/HI, mood disorders Crisis intervention & de-escalation Medication administration (antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, etc.) Manage involuntary/voluntary commitments Float to inpatient BHU or ED (BH support only) as required Preferred ACLS, PALS, CBHS Epic experience 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Change environments regularly to prevent burnout, maintaining enthusiasm and passion for your nursing career.
