We are currently looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our therapy team, focusing on improving communication skills and swallowing functionalities of our patients. This role involves assessing patient language abilities, diagnosing speech disorders, and devising and conducting appropriate treatment plans. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate speech therapy with overall patient care. Evaluate patient speech, language, and swallowing abilities to diagnose disorders. Design and administer targeted treatment plans to improve patient communication and swallowing functions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate speech therapy with overall patient care plans. Educate patients and families about speech disorders and communication strategies. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient sessions and progress. Participate in ongoing education to stay current with speech therapy trends and best practices. Expert knowledge of speech disorders and treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
