This locum tenens assignment involves providing interventional call coverage to sustain service levels. You will cover day shifts with additional flexible night and weekend STEMI call duties, managing patient needs in both inpatient and emergency room settings. Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Inpatient Start Date: ASAP (Pending Credentialing) Schedule: Day Shifts (Mon-Fri) and Nights & Weekend STEMI Call Patient Population: Adult Location: Phoenixville, PA Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling (optional if applicable) Job Responsibilities Provide interventional cardiology services and emergency care Sustain interventional call coverage with a focus on STEMI cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management Maintain accurate and timely medical records Qualifications Board Certification required in Cardiology Valid ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to obtain emergency privileges for a clean file Working Hours Monday to Friday day shifts Night and weekend STEMI call coverage on a rotating basis Preferred Monday, every third Thursday, and every third weekend for night coverage Skills Expertise in interventional cardiology procedures Strong decision-making and critical care skills Excellent communication with healthcare professionals and patients Ability to work flexibly in high-pressure environments
