Job Description Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician – Atlantic City & Pomona, NJ Position Type Full-Time, Permanent W-2 Employment Only Not open to: 1099, locum, or locum-to-perm arrangements Agency submissions only (candidates must not have applied directly) No alternate shift schedule availability Clinical Role Join a team of 3 Perinatologists 2 APNs Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM – 5 PM) Outpatient care at two locations: Pomona & Atlantic City Inpatient consults at Medical Center for Childbirth (Pomona) Rotating consultative call, including nights & weekends EMR: Cerner; Ultrasound Reporting: GE Viewpoint Collaboration with OB Medicine Clinic & Neonatologists Support includes: Practice Manager, RN Clinical Manager, RNs, Sonographers Level III NICU (22 beds), 9 L&D beds, 25 private postpartum beds Candidate Requirements Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Must not have applied directly (agency-only submission) Must be available for full-time, on-site work No shift flexibility, 1099, or locums arrangements Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Quality Incentive Bonus: Up to $25,000/year CME: 5 Paid CME Days $4,500/year for CME, dues, and medical staff expenses Relocation: Up to $10,000 Time Off: 224 PTO hours 40 NJ sick leave hours Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Retirement: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
