in Ranson, West Virginia, 25438! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Must-Have: - Positive attitude - Willingness to work Description:
The unit consists of a total of 10 beds, including both ICU and
telemetry patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3-5, depending
on the acuity of the patients. A Patient Care Technician (PCT)
supports the nursing staff with a ratio of 1:10. Weekend shifts
involve working four weekend shifts within a four-week schedule.
Nurses are expected to participate in the holiday rotation
schedule. Scrubs should be navy blue, neat, and clean, and jackets
can be navy, grey, or black. Hair color must be natural, and
excessive or distasteful tattoos must be covered. Common diagnoses
include trauma, bowel obstructions, COPD, and patients requiring
ventilator support. The unit has managed COVID patients with an
average daily census of nine. Nurses may be required to float to
medical-surgical units with a full assignment as needed. Candidates
are expected to have experience in a fast-paced environment and
provide excellent patient care. Charting is completed using the
