Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an
elementary school serving grades PK-8 in Washington, DC. This
contract position offers the chance to provide essential speech and
language services onsite in a dynamic educational environment. The
role is set for the current school year with an ASAP start date.
Key qualifications and experience include: Certification in
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC preferred Experience in
pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings
Familiarity with healthcare and teletherapy models in
speech-language pathology Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) is a plus Ability to deliver effective therapy services for
children from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for
students with speech and language needs Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student communication
development Provide direct speech and language therapy services
onsite Document sessions and progress in accordance with school and
regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute
