Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Greenbelt, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,286 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Greenbelt, Maryland, 20770! Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years of experience required License: MD license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: OASIS E and HCHB Point care EMR experience required Experience in home health care Description: This position is for a Home Health RN. The RN will provide care in patients' homes. The service area includes multiple counties. The role may require floating to cover other areas based on staffing needs. All home care clinicians must use their personal vehicles. A reliable vehicle in good standing with all licensure and insurance requirements is necessary. Experience with case management, wound care, and catheter management is essential. The RN will manage a variety of patient diagnoses including wound care, CHF, diabetes, and infections. Daily responsibilities may include medication administration, IV management, and patient assessments. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel between patient homes. Availability for rotating schedules may be required based on patient needs. No weekend or call requirements are included in this role. Two supervisor references are necessary for application. Candidates with previous employment in a similar setting must be separated for a minimum period before reapplying.
