details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - 2 years of
experience required - Licensed PT in PA OR COMPACT PT LICENSURE -
EPIC experience required - Apply now Assignment Details - Facility
Type: Acute Care Hospital - Shift: Days - Shift Details: Day
5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00) - Weekends: as needed - Holidays: Traveler
will be expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays if needed Location
