Gastroenterology MD in Washington! We are seeking a board-certified
Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens assignment in Washington.
This opportunity begins on Mar 2, 2026, and spans 84 days. The role
features 24-hour on-call shifts, averaging 14 to 21 shifts per
month, with typical daily callback hours. This position is ideal
for a Gastroenterologist comfortable with both inpatient rounding
and performing advanced procedures, including ERCP, colonoscopy,
and EGD. Job Details Location: Washington Start Date: Mar 2, 2026
LOA: 84 days Provider Type Needed: Gastroenterologist Schedule:
24-hour call shifts, about 14 to 21 shifts per month; average 6
hours of call back per day; daily rounding as census requires; when
not rounding or performing procedures, provider may be offsite
until called back in Responsibilities and Duties Conduct daily
inpatient rounding, depending on census Perform admissions as
required Carry out advanced GI procedures, including ERCP,
colonoscopy, and EGD Remain on-call for urgent consults and
procedures, with average 6 hours of call back per day Provide
high-quality care in accordance with current medical standards and
protocols Additional Information Active Washington medical license
required Board certification in Gastroenterology required Basic
