Start Date: Oct 24, 2022 End Date: Apr 23, 2023 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours Call Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient EMR System Used: Epic Must have PA license Must be Board Certified Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 8a-5p Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital M-F Call Night /Weekend - Yes What is the Number of phone Consults 0 What are the days for Call - Rotates approx 3-5 days per month Inpatient (all other time will be outpatient) What Time does the Call start 4p, but fellow takes first call What Time does Call end 8a (Schedule you need filled 8-5p M-F, with days off after call) Number of patients seen per day in clinic 15-17 What support staff is available - APP, RN, MA Average Number of Admissions per shift - There is a dedicated Inpatient team Age of patients - 18-99 Reason For Need - multiple open provider positions Know anyone interested?
