Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - IR Job Details: • Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience required • Patient ratios: 1:4 for holding patients, 1:1 during procedures • Weekend on-call requirements: Every 4-5 weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) • Weekday on-call: 1 day per week • Holiday requirement: On-call 24 hours • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • PA or compact license required at time of submission • Circulate and conscious sedation experience required • Experience with patient diagnoses including CVA, CA, infections, and dialysis • Procedures performed include TIPs, Y-90, ports, grafts, PICCs, stroke thrombectomy, UAE, and biopsies • Level I trauma, telemetry, and vent experience preferred • Charting system: Cerner • Scrubs provided by facility • No float requirements • First time travelers accepted • 24 hours of orientation provided • Adult patient population with daily census of 25 • 5 procedure rooms available Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive interventional radiology department that provides advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
