Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to provide essential patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry nursing and demonstrate a commitment to high standards of clinical practice. Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess and manage patients with cardiac conditions. - Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care. - Provide respiratory care including treatments and management of airway equipment. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with telemetry experience. - Current RN license in the state of Maryland. - ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS certifications preferred. - Proficient in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line management.
