Runnemede, NJ - Duration: 13 weeks (Possibility of Extension) -
Shift: 5x8 hrs. (8:00am - 4:30pm) - 40 hours guaranteed/ week -
Shift hours: 8 - Shift notes: Weekend schedule & On call schedule
to be determined by facility - Weekend Requirements: Weekend
schedule to be determined by facility - On Call Requirements: On
call schedule to be determined by facility Experience: 1 years of
recent Home Care experience & Homecare Home Base EMR License &
Certifications: Compact or NJ License of RN, BLS-AHA Certification
& Covid Vaccination Card Submission Requirements: - 1 years of
recent Home Care experience - REQUIRED - Homecare Home Base EMR -
REQUIRED - Previous travel experience - Highly Preferred - IV and
venipuncture experience - Highly Preferred Job description: 6
patients per day/Productivity of 30 per week - Mileage reimbursed
at $0.62 cents per mile Territory: Runnemede, Williamstown,
Clayton, Franklinville, Monroeville, Turnersville , Sewell,
Blackwood, Sicklerville, Pitman, Glassboro A Home Care Visiting RN
provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple
co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates
regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of
the patient, family, and community. Special Note: 1-MUST have a
clear driving record, active driver’s license and current auto
insurance. 2-Territory: Runnemede, Williamstown, Clayton,
Franklinville, Monroeville, Turnersville , Sewell, Blackwood,
Sicklerville, Pitman, Glassboro & 6 patients per day/Productivity
