Job Description iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM /nDuration: [To be specified by employer] /nExperience: Minimum 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted /nLicensure/Certifications: - Maryland State License (MD LIC) required - BLS certification - ARRT certification - ARRT Advanced Certification Job Responsibilities: - Perform CT scan procedures using prescribed techniques to produce diagnostic images. - Review requisitions for completeness, verifying patient name, diagnosis, and exam details. - Adjust equipment and select appropriate technical factors for optimal radiographic exposure. - Utilize standard positioning techniques to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. - Select appropriate CT scan protocols, ensuring proper density and contrast for optimal image quality. - Perform scans of various organs to localize pathological processes. - Complete examinations in a timely manner. - Order IV and oral contrast in Powerchart and document administration. - Scan paperwork into Cerner and complete screenings/consents promptly. Required Equipment Experience: - GE and Siemens CT scanners Required Procedural Experience: - Abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction Preferred Procedural Experience: - Aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, PET/CT Application Instructions: /nSubmit your resume and certifications to [Vivian application portal or employer contact].
