Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/07/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM Duration: [To be specified by employer] Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted Licensure/Certifications: Maryland State License (MD LIC) required BLS certification ARRT certification ARRT Advanced Certification Job Responsibilities: Perform CT scan procedures using prescribed techniques to produce diagnostic images. Review requisitions for completeness, verifying patient name, diagnosis, and exam details. Adjust equipment and select appropriate technical factors for optimal radiographic exposure. Utilize standard positioning techniques to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Select appropriate CT scan protocols, ensuring proper density and contrast for optimal image quality. Perform scans of various organs to localize pathological processes. Complete examinations in a timely manner. Order IV and oral contrast in Powerchart and document administration. Scan paperwork into Cerner and complete screenings/consents promptly. Required Equipment Experience: GE and Siemens CT scanners Required Procedural Experience: Abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction Preferred Procedural Experience: Aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, PET/CT Application Instructions: Submit your resume and certifications to [Vivian application portal or employer contact].
