If so, let's talk.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Master Solution Architect, you will conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom-line results. You will work with Federal clients in both long-term and tactical capacities to address their critical needs and challenges.

• You will help define client requirements for solutions, including services, products, technologies, and capabilities across IT and non-IT engineering and scientific disciplines.These solutions may involve hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures, Federal Civilian, DoD, Intel, or other specialized domain knowledge to support our federal clients.
  • You will work on challenging proposals to assist teams in delivering effective technical responses that meet requirements clearly and concisely, and are score-able by government and evaluation teams.In partnership with others, you will define system design and technology maturity constraints aligned with mission requirements, develop architecture and interface definitions, and determine system implementation approaches and operational concepts.
    • You may be called upon to develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development, providing technical direction for system architecture implementation by other staff.Required technical and professional expertise
      • At least 10 years of experience in technical architecture, systems engineering (V-model), and project management using Agile methods.
      • At least 5 years of applied experience and SME in hybrid cloud solutions across third-party cloud, DevSecOps, Cloud Native/Container/MicroServices, migration/modernization, and multicloud management.
      • At least 3 years of experience in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid cloud solution development.
      • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate the value and rationale of proposed solutions in written, presentation, and oral formats.
      • Strong technical writing skills with proven federal proposal development experience.
      • Broad knowledge of SDN & SD-WAN across various clouds and legacy enterprise environments.
      • Capability to lead solution architecture via design thinking workshops, including IT/Digital Transformation, Modernization, and Migration efforts.
      • Technical depth and breadth in VM, containers, serverless technologies, coupled with AI and ML across clouds and on-premise enterprise environments.
      • Cloud architect certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, or others.
      • Deep understanding of DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.Preferred technical and professional experience
        • Additional years of experience in technical architecture, systems engineering, and project management via Agile methods.
        • Extended SME experience in hybrid cloud solutions and related areas.
        • Proven ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively to clients.
        • Extensive experience in proposal development for federal projects.
        • Comprehensive knowledge of SDN & SD-WAN technologies across all environments.
        • Leadership in solution architecture through design thinking workshops, focusing on transformation and modernization.
