• Coordinate and integrate activities across multiple functions for successful project completion.
• Oversee finances, cost engineering, scheduling, environmental considerations, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage labor relations, public and client relations, and stay updated on relevant laws.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Program Manager and clients.
• Identify and secure necessary project resources to meet goals.
• Ensure overall project performance, including scope, quality, schedule, and innovation.
• Communicate with project sponsors and stakeholders regarding project issues.
• Review contractors' invoices for accuracy and proper financial control.
• Lead detailed project presentations and status updates.
